Ran Tzachar joined ESI from Matrix, where he served as Director of Enterprise Solution. Prior to joining Matrix, Mr. Tzachar held various management positions at New Applicom Ltd. Mr. Tzachar Joined New Applicom at 1994. From 1999 to 2001 he was based in London acting as a Director of Business Development and from 2001 served as Executive Vice President till New Applicom merged into Matrix in 2003.

Mr. Tzachar holds an MA research-degree in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in Theory of Games and Forecasting Models. Mr. Tzachar was honored the Prime Minister award for his contribution in developing a forecasting mathematical model for the Israeli economy.

Yeruham Richter has over 25 year of experience in IT technology mainly in AI and business rule systems. Joining ESI at 1998, Mr. Richter was responsible for the development of Logist™, ESI's flagship product. Since 2005 Mr. Richter also leads the development and the technology strategy of ESI.

Mr. Richter holds a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics & Physics and a M.Sc. degree in Physics with Honors from the Hebrew University.

Since 1997, Orna Eyal has held several positions in ESI where she was a project manager, account manager, Public and Government sector Manager and from 2003 worked as the sales manager for the local market. Since 2005 she is the VP for Marketing and Sales of the company. Prior to ESI she worked in Taldor.

Mrs. Eyal holds a B.Sc. from the University of Tel Aviv and a M.Sc. in Operation Research and System Analysis from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Joseph Shub has 20 year experience in Optimization systems development. Joining ESI in 1992, Mr. Shub has founded the Scheduling systems field. Served as R&D Manager, Mr. Shub designed the architecture and the most of the unique algorithms of OptiWise – the main division's product. Since 2006 he is the Manager of the Scheduling division.

Mr. Shub holds a M.Sc. degree in Physics with Honors from the Tchernivtsi University USSR.
