OptiWise operates under Windows. It supports Oracle’s relational database and is capable of interfacing with other databases, using ODBC.


Open architecture and scalability
OptiWise connects and works directly with existing relational databases in the organization. OptiWise seamlessly integrates with external applications, in order to transfer data in and out of the applications, and perform automatic updates. OptiWise or individual parts of it can be compiled as ActiveX and/or as a DLL. The scheduling engine can be compiled as DLL and the Gantt table can be compiled as an ActiveX that accesses the scheduling engine. The ActiveX can be operated from a host application.
OptiWise’s open architecture allows for seamless integration with external applications including CTI, CRM, HR, Time & Attendance, and ERP, and its standards-based technology easily folds into every level of your organization.
